Our first full-fledged seated dinner. The table was custom made by Michael Yates and the dinnerware was made for the event by Keith Kreeger, Ryan McKerley, Shara Funari & Leigh Taylor Wyatt.

This was the first time that Austin diners were able to taste the famed Olamaie Biscuit as Michael Fojtasek and Grae Nonas were leading the kitchen along with Shion Aikawa from Ramen Tatsu-Ya and Elyse Huang from Barley Swine.
