Keith Kreeger Studios and Hotel Saint Cecilia Present:

Make. Eat. Drink. 2016

Make. Eat. Drink. is a series of collaborative dinners presented by Keith Kreeger Studios. The dinners are meant  to illustrate the importance of the object within a meal and more importantly, how a collaboration across mediums creates a one-of-a-kind experience.

Make. Eat. Drink. returns to Austin on November 1st at the most enchanting location in town. Join us for an incredible collaborative dinner between artists and chefs at the beautiful Hotel Saint Cecilia.

Keith Kreeger will be making dinnerware for the event, including a special limited edition collection of work especially for the Hotel Saint Cecilia Make. Eat. Drink. Dinner.

Chef Kevin Fink of the award-winning Emmer & Rye restaurant in Austin, Texas, will be leading the kitchen for the evening.  We are so fortunate to have James Beard Award-winning Chef Naomi Pomeroy, from Portland, Oregon, cooking alongside Chef Fink.  As if that's not enough amazing chefs for one dinner, Matthew Jennings, Chef & Owner of The Townsman in Boston, one of Food and Wine Magazine's Restaurants of the year in 2016, is coming down to cook. We are thrilled that Make. Eat. Drink. will have guest chefs from outside of Austin for the first time.

In addition to a one-of-a-kind dinner, each ticketed guest will receive a piece from Keith Kreeger and a signed copy of Naomi's newly released book, Taste and Technique: Recipes to Elevate Your Home Cooking.

Make. Eat. Drink. 2016 at the Hotel Saint Cecilia is limited to 40 guests. A of the proceeds benefit Big Medium, the non-profit that produces the East Austin Studio Tour.

Make. Eat. Drink. in the news–

From The Austin American Statesman

"You've had dinner with Keith Kreeger, even if you didn't realize it.  Well, you've have dinner with his work, at least.  The Austin-based artist's ceramics can be found at several of Austin's best restaurants, as well as top restaurants around the country...."

From Culturemap Austin

"Perhaps the toughest ticket to snag on November 21 was a seat at the Make. Eat. Drink table, a collaborative dinner party held at Canopy in East Austin.  An event months in the making, the party was a celebration of the fine line between art and food."

From the Austin Chronicle

"Austin's close-knit culinary community is accustomed to dinners where chefs collaborate with winemakers, craft brewers, or distillers, but the Make. Eat. Drink. dinner is a creative shift.  Five years ago, respected local ceramic artists Keith Kreeger and Ryan McKerley came up with the idea where potters and chefs would work together to raise money for Big Medium, the local nonprofit responsible for the annual East Austin Studio Tour.  Now the dinner is one of the hottest tickets in town– selling out in about 48 hours."
